Caffè Latte
- 1 shot of Prestigio Espresso
- Fresh Milk
- Chocolate or Cinnamon sprinkle
Add steamed milk (150-170 F) to a freshly drawn shot of Prestigio espresso. Finish with a quarter inch of foamed milk. NOTE: Some like to add the shot of espresso last. Pour slowly into the center of the cup. If desired, sprinkle with chocolate or cinnamon. |

- 1/4 pint extra strong cold Prestigio Espresso
- 2 tablespoons cracked ice

Cappuccino
- 1 shot of Prestigio espresso
- Fresh Milk
The correct proportions are: 1/3 of just made Prestigio espresso coffee, 2/3 of froth. The froth is prepared as follows:
• Fill a small jug to 1/3 of its capacity with fresh milk.
• Immerse the frothing arm found on all electric espresso machines just below the surface of the milk.
• Turn on the steam and gradually lower the jug, allowing the milk to froth up while still keeping the froth arm just below the surface.
• Add a half of the froth into the espresso coffee.
• Sprinkle a bit of unsweetened cocoa powder, grated chocolate (dark) or cinnamon sprinkle.
• Add the rest of the froth into your beverage.
• Top off with a dash of cocoa, grated chocolate or cinnamon sprinkle again |

Amaretto Delight
- One cup of “Western Cup”
- One package instant hot cocoa mix
- One shot amaretto
Non-alcoholic version:
Replace amaretto with two drops almond flavoring and one drop brandy flavoring.
Mix all the ingredients. Top with whipped cream if desired. |

Café Royale
- 1 Cup of Western Cup coffee
- 1 oz of Bourbon
- 1 sugar cube
Over a cup of hot black coffee, place a lump of sugar cube on a spoon. Pour an ounce of bourbon through the lump (which in turn runs into the coffee). Light the soaked sugar cube and let it burn out. Stir and serve. |

- 1/2 cup of Western Cup coffee
- Ice cubes
- 1/4 cup of carbonated water or cola
- Strip of lemon, lime, or orange peel
Pour The Western Cup coffee over ice and add carbonated water. Garnish. |

Electra Mudslide
- 1 Shot of Prestigio Espresso
- Fresh milk
- Chocolate Sauce
- Chocolate Sprinkle
Geat a latte glass and put a shot of chocolate sauce in the bottom. Fill with warm frothed milk. Take a shot of Prestigio espresso and slowly pour on the frothed milk. Take care not to disturb the chocolate sauce. Finish like a cappuccino with more froth and a sprinkle of chocolate. |

French kiss
- 1 shot of Prestigio Espresso
- ½ oz of vanilla syrup
- ½ oz of caramel syrup
- Fresh milk
- Whipped cream
In an Irish coffee type mug, add the vanilla syrup and the caramel syrup. Add hot milk so it floats over the syrup, than add 1 shot of Prestigio espresso so it floats over the milk. Add whipped cream and top it off with fine pink sugar. |

Iced Espresso
- Fill a glass with ice
- 2 oz. espresso
- 1 oz. half-and-half or milk 1 oz.
- Chocolate Syrup
- non-flavored soda water
- whipped cream, optional
Fill the glass with ice; add syrup, soda water and half-and-half or milk. Stir to combine flavors. Top with whipped cream if desired. |

Iced Mochaccino
- Fill a glass with ice
- 2 oz. of Prestigio espresso
- 1 oz. Chocolate Syrup
- 5 oz. steamed milk
- whipped cream, optional
Fill the glass with ice, add steamed milk. Mix espresso with syrup and pour gently down the side of the glass. Top with whipped cream if desired. |

Irish coffee
- 1 teaspoon sugar or 3 cubes or sugar
- 1 jigger of Irish Whiskey
- 2/3 cup of Prestigio Espresso
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream, lightly whipped
Preheat the glass with hot water. Dump the water and fill with Prestigio espresso, add three cubes of sugar, and stir. Add a jigger of Irish whiskey, and top with a collar of lightly whipped whipping cream. |

Irish Monk
- 1 cup of Western Cup Coffee
- 1/2 oz Bailey’s
- 3/4 oz Frangelica
Mix all together and top with whipped cream. |

Keoke Coffee
- 1 cup of Western Cup coffee
- 1/2 oz brandy
- 1/2 oz Kahlua
- 1/4oz light crème de cacao (or dark)
Mix all together, top with whipped cream and garnish with a cherry or nutmeg. |

Milky Way Cappuccino
- 2 shots of Prestigio espresso
- 1 shot of chocolate syrup
- 1 shot of caramel syrup
- Steamed milk
Pour coffee and flavorings into cup, fill with steamed milk. Top with foam. |

Raspberry Avalanche
- white chocolate powder (sweet)
- 1 shot of Prestigio espresso
- steamed milk
- raspberry syrup
- Whipped cream
Steam milk and prepare 1 shot of Prestigio espresso as normal. Put chocolate and shot and raspberry syrup into cup and stir thoroughly. Add milk and stir some more. Add whipped cream if desired. Enjoy! |

- 1 cup of Western Cup coffee
- 1/2 oz light crème de cacao
- 1/4 oz Kahlua
Put all together, top with whipped cream and dribble Crème De Menthe on top. |

Caribbean 8 servings
- 1 coconut
- 2 cups milk
- 4 cups strong Western Cup coffee
- 1 tablespoon sugar
1. Punch two holes in to coconut, pour liquid into saucepan
2. Bake coconut for 30 minutes at 300 F degrees
3. Break open coconut, remove meat, and grate.
4. Mix coconut meat, coconut liquid, and milk in a sauce pan
5. Heat over low heat until creamy.
6. Strain
7. Toast grated coconut under broiler
8. Mix milk mixture, Western Cup coffee, and sugar
9. Pour into mugs, garnish with toasted coconut. |

Coffee Float 4 servings
- 2 ½ cups strong Prestigio coffee
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2/3 cup cream
- 4 scoops of coffee flavored ice cream
- 1 large bottle of Coke
1. Sweeten Prestigio coffee with sugar, and chill
2. Mix coffee and cream
3. Fill 4 glasses half full
4. Add one scoop of ice cream to each glass
5. Top with coke |

Mocha Mint (4 servings)
- 1 cup of cold Western Cup coffee
- 1 pint chocolate ice cream
- 1/4 cup crème de menthe
- Very thin chocolate-mint wafers
Combine coffee, ice cream, and crème de menthe in blender container. Blend on low speed. Spoon into sherbet or wine glasses and garnish each serving with a chocolate mint wafer. |
